His strong desire to work in hospitality sector placed him in prestigious Hilton, Abu Dhabi as a Restaurant Captain. This served him the opportunities to become a professional hotelier that he is now. His growth was timely with his expanding networks. It was during the year 2011, Vivek Nampoothiri gets himself placed as the Operations Manager of Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel that gave him access to a wider horizon.
